With the solid foundation of a Southern tradition, and with an appreciation of quality, the best ingredients, and refined flavors, Piacére founder Adele Romero Richard has always understood
food as a communal experience—one to be shared with those closest to her. Impassioned by the way that good meals, eaten in the company of good people, enrich our busy, daily lives, Adele made the decision to extend this private, familial kind of caring to others in her community. In the fall of 2020, she began to share this love with her community, when she opened Piacére.
Starting as a pop-up, Piacére has always been entirely mobile, focusing on simplicity in ingredients and presentation, and attempting always to honor a true Neapolitan style in their pizza-making. The family-run business, which used to operate almost exclusively at farmers markets, now also specializes in event catering.
